Stephen Quarcoo is a dynamic and accomplished young professional with a passion for administrative excellence, project coordination, and youth empowerment. Born and raised in Ghana, Stephen has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving sustainable change through research, education, and leadership. His academic and professional journey reflects his dedication to personal growth and societal impact.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he graduated with First Class Honours. His thesis, The Influence of Policy Innovation on Climate Governance in Ghana: A Case Study of Bekwai Municipality, highlights his keen interest in public policy and governance. Prior to his university education, he excelled at Aburaman Senior High School, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

With a wealth of practical experience, Stephen has served in various roles that showcase his versatility and leadership. As a National Service personnel at the Parliament of Ghana, he contributed to administrative tasks, report preparation, and data management, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality. His internships at Oguaa and Moree Senior High Technical Schools allowed him to inspire students through teaching Government and Social Studies, fostering academic excellence and critical thinking.

Stephen’s leadership acumen is evident through his involvement in multiple organizations. He has held key positions such as Vice President of the ACEYE Scholars’ Club, Chairman of the IT and Media Committee at KNUST Students’ Parliament House, and General Secretary of the Aburaman Past Students Association. These roles underscore his ability to manage teams, coordinate projects, and drive initiatives that empower youth and promote accountability.

Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Stephen is deeply engaged in voluntary and extracurricular activities. He has worked with organizations like the Innville Foundation and the Institute for Liberty and Economic Education, contributing to projects that bridge gaps in education and entrepreneurship. His skills in project management, research, social media, and AI tools further enhance his ability to innovate and solve problems effectively.

Fluent in English and Fanti, with intermediate proficiency in French, Stephen is a communicator who thrives in diverse environments.
